We want you to absolutely love your Lovural pieces! If things aren’t quite perfect, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges. Please give this a quick read before sending anything back our way.

1. Exchanges (Size Swaps)

Love the style but need a different fit? We can totally help you swap it out for the right size!

• Just like returns, the item needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags on.

• Just a quick heads-up: you will need to cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

2. Returns & Refunds (For Defective Items)

Did your item arrive with a flaw? We are so sorry about that! We currently only offer returns and full refunds if a piece arrives defective.

• To be eligible, the item needs to be totally unworn, unwashed, and still have all its original tags attached.

• Once you send it back and we give it a quick check, we’ll get your refund processed right away!

Before you pack anything up, you must send us a quick message on WhatsApp at +94 75 850 5778. Please include your reason for the exchange, and if your item arrived defective, be sure to send over a few clear photos as proof.

Once we review your message and give you the green light, we’ll send you all the instructions and return shipping details you need! From there, just make sure to send the product back to us using a trackable courier within 5 working days so we can keep an eye on its journey. (Just a friendly reminder: returns sent without chatting with us first might not be accepted!)

A Few Quick Conditions

To keep things fair and hygienic for everyone, we can’t accept items that show signs of being worn, washed, or accidentally damaged once they reached you. Also, please note that any items snagged during a sale or at a discount are usually final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
