We’re all about bringing you the comfiest ladies’ nightwear and casual wear! Just a heads up, we might tweak these terms every now and then to keep things running smoothly, so feel free to check back anytime.

2. Products & Pricing

• Currency: All our prices are in LKR (unless we mention otherwise).

• Changes: While we try to keep things steady, prices and stock can sometimes change without a lot of notice.

• Colors: We do our absolute best to show off the true colors of our clothes in our photos, but depending on your screen, they might look just a tiny bit different in person!

3. Your Orders

Your order is officially locked in and confirmed once your payment goes through! If there’s ever an unexpected hiccup-like an item suddenly selling out or a system glitch-we might have to cancel the order, but we’ll always reach out and let you know.

4. Safe & Secure Payments

Your payment info is super safe with us. We use trusted, secure payment gateways, and we absolutely never store your credit card details.

5. Shipping Details

We want to get your goodies to you ASAP! Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. Sometimes our delivery partners run into delays that are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help you track your package down.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Not quite the right fit? No worries!

• You can return or exchange unworn items in their original condition within 5 working days.

• Heads up: For hygiene reasons, certain nightwear pieces aren’t eligible for return.

• Unless your item arrived defective (which we really hope it didn’t!), you’ll just need to cover the return shipping costs.

7. Our Content (Intellectual Property)

We’ve worked really hard on our photos, logos, and site content! Everything you see here belongs to Lovural, so please don’t copy or use it without asking us first.

8. The Legal Stuff (Liability & Law)

• Liability: While we hope you love everything you buy, Lovural isn’t responsible for any unexpected indirect or incidental damages that happen from using our products.

• Governing Law: Because we’re proudly based here, these terms follow the laws of Sri Lanka.
